Most refunds are performed via online banking. Please note that certain restrictions may apply. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

You may request refund up to 80% within five working days after your purchase completion, provided that the course has not started. However, if the course has started, it is NOT eligible for refund.

Natural Health Naturopathic Academy will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days from the day on which you requested it.

While we make every effort to run courses as advertised, we reserve the rights to change the course content, lecturer and dates that we deem suitable without prior notice. We also reserve the rights to suspend any student who disrupts a course by his or her unacceptable behaviour.
